Do I need to be home during mowing service?
No. Most customers aren’t home during service. We access your property, complete work professionally, and notify you when finished.
What we need:

- Sprinkler heads and obstacles visible/marked
- Pets secured (inside or area we don’t need to access)
- Any special instructions communicated before first service
What if it rains on my scheduled mowing day?
We reschedule to the next available day. Mowing wet grass damages turf, creates ruts, and delivers poor cut quality.
If rain is forecasted for your scheduled day, we’ll typically move your service ahead (if possible) or reschedule to the next dry day within the week. You’ll receive notification about the schedule change.
